The MIAI Cluster certifies university programs that incorporate structured instruction in artificial intelligence. Awarded to master’s programs, engineering degrees, and other long-cycle programs, the “AI Core” and “AI & Applications” labels recognize the quality of the AI skills acquired by students, whether focused on the development of AI technologies or their implementation in a specific field of application. Academic members of EFELIA-MIAI and the “ MIAI Cluster ” are eligible for this designation ( CNA, Gem, UCA, UGA, and USMB).
Educational teams may submit their training programs to the training office at MIAI Cluster, which evaluates applications based on the certification criteria before deciding whether to grant certification.
The certification AI & Application certifies that a program enables students to acquire fundamental knowledge in artificial intelligence as well as the skills necessary todeploy and operate AI solutions in a business or disciplinary context(healthcare, environment, energy, mobility, industry, management, law, etc.).
TheAI Corecertification ensures that a course provides in-depth mastery of the scientific and technical foundations of artificial intelligence, enabling students todesign, develop, integrate, and evaluate advanced AI systems.
