This industrial chair focuses on leveraging cloud infrastructures to run artificial intelligence applications in the medical field. To address the rapid growth of computational needs for medical AI and strict health-data protection regulations, the project develops an innovative approach built on three key technological pillars: create an AI-enhanced cloud infrastructure, strengthens data protection through Confidential Computing, targets substantial energy savings by developing AI-driven optimization algorithms that reduce power consumption without compromising confidentiality or performance.
ACTIVITIES
Two PhD students are already identified. One of them has started in November 2025. The scond PhD student will start in October 2026. We will hire a Postdoc by the end of 2027.
